#108 – Sacred Womb Power with Aisling Jackson

Aisling Jackson

My guest this week on the Curiosity & Consciousness podcast is Aisling Jackson of Inner Vibrance.

Aisling is a female empowerment coach who shares heart and womb-based offerings for women, mamas and girls. She loves to hold sacred space for women to connect, feel and heal. She is passionate about holistic womb health and reclaiming menstrual cycles as a source of female empowerment. Coming from a background in primary teaching and seeing the gaps in education around emotional wellbeing and fostering awareness and reverence for our cycles, she forged her own path in holistic wellbeing for women and girls.

Her signature course ‘In Her Flow’ gathers women from around the world and guides them to honour, adore and celebrate their cycles and wombs. She also teaches holistic menstrual education and empowerment to teens at school. Aisling holds women’s circles, cacao ceremonies, 1:1 sessions and workshops in Gisborne, New Zealand and also online.

I loved connecting with Aisling (a fellow Irish lady abroad!). This conversation centred around our womb space, remembering its’ sacred power, and working with the moon blood.

Aisling mentioned a beautiful Hopi prophecy that exists from the Native Americans that says,

“When all women return their blood to the Earth, men shall come home from war, and the Earth shall know peace”.

Having been a primary school teacher for years, Aisling transitioned into holistic health as she saw how within the ‘academic’ school system, there was not enough emphasis on mental & emotional wellbeing. She started creating women’s circles and found herself working with lots of teenage girls and pregnant women, so hormones kept coming up as a common theme. From there she started to research more on hormones, the menstrual cycle, and the power of our womb.

Our womb is our holding space and source of power. Long before christianity, colonisation and the patriarchy, women honoured their bleed and the significance of it. Now in the 21st century, we’re on a journey of remembrance.

In this episode you’ll learn:

  • How ancient ancestors viewed our menstrual blood
  • The power our womb holds
  • The energetics of the moon and our cycle
  • The ‘Big Red Rule’
  • 3 rituals to work with the sacred blood
  • The benefits of educating teens on our womb power
  • And much more
