Joining me for the second time on the Curiosity & Consciousness podcast, Simone Gisondi is back.
Simone is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Detoxification Specialist, Certified Holistic Cancer Practitioner, Holistic Health Coach, Certified Hypnotist, Personal Trainer & Author of ‘Against Medical Advice’.
After suffering a stroke in 2011, she turned to studying natural & holistic health to heal herself. She believes that a personalized and holistic approach is essential when it comes to health, because every body is unique biochemically.
In her book, she tells her story of overcoming and healing on her own terms and in a way that supported her body’s particular needs. Now she applies the same principles with her clients – learning about clients’ unique needs, ailments and personal goals, and empowering and involving them to build a plan focused on restoring health, wellness and vitality.
Simone understands that at different stages of life, people face different health issues and have different health needs, whether having their first child or going through menopause. She believes that a health, wellness and vitality plan must be tailor made for each person, taking into account their individual genetic makeup.
