#113 – Calibrating to Your Own Truth with Paul Shepherd

Paul Shepherd

My guest this week on the Curiosity & Consciousness podcast is Paul Shepherd.

Paul is a Sydney-based entrepreneur, coach, and creator of a unique system that helps leaders to live a life of purpose and meaning through a holistic 360-degree approach that nurtures the mind, body, and soul.

After multiple successful years in business, making millions of dollars in his early 20s, he discovered that his life needed to change. Despite all the “success,” he didn’t feel fulfilled, so he went on a journey to discover himself, his true values, and his calling. And he did just that.

Paul doesn’t try to fit his clients into ill-fitting labels. His one-of-a-kind assessment approach provides an almost infinite amount of possible unique combinations, always perfectly suited for an individual.

This was a great conversation with Paul. It was refreshing to hear from a male perspective who had achieved ‘success’, but he was left feeling unfulfilled, and wondering what his place was in the world, and why he was here.

Once he started to delve deeper into more spiritual and esoteric topics, and after a few ‘wake-up’ calls from the Universe, the veil started to lift for him on who he was, and why he was here.

In this episode he talks about;

  • The importance of connecting to ourselves
  • How intuition is more powerful than logic
  • The genetic code, and how this one technique helped him more in 2 hours, than his previous 25 years of personal development and over half a million dollars spent
  • Why we should listen to our body
  • The qualities he most admires in a person
  • And much more
