This week’s guest on the Curiosity & Consciousness podcast is Pieter Elsen.
Author, speaker and therapist, Pieter specialises in helping people find their true purpose in life. He is currently one of the most prominent LBL regression hypnotherapist in the United States. He has become well known all over the world for his successful book ‘When Souls Awaken, Real-Life accounts of Past-Life and Life-between-Lives Regressions’ found on Amazon.
Pieter has lived in 5 different countries and on 3 different continents. Born and educated in The Netherlands, Pieter studied 5 years at the renowned Design Academy in Eindhoven, specialising in Industrial Design. Though he graduated with honours, Pieter felt there was more to life and had a deep spiritual yearning for truth and set out on a long journey of Self Discovery that brought him to France, India, England and finally the United States.
After coming to the United States, he channeled his experience as a gifted motivational speaker as a Vedic minister, and background in philosophy and international cultural diversity, into the field of Clinical Hypnotherapy. In 2014 he attained his Ph.D. in Metaphysical Humanistic Science with specialties in Transpersonal and Spiritual Counselling. One of Pieter’s most interesting specialties is Life between Lives Spiritual Regression, where he helps you to re-discover your true immortal Self.
Pieter was a Vedic monk for over 21 years, of which 11 were spent in India. While there he studied extensively the deep and spiritual philosophy of the East. Pieter spent his time in meditation and practices with his teachers who helped him to understand the deeper meaning of life and the human condition.
Pieter’s deep understanding of the underlying workings of the subconscious mind and its habits, allows him to help clients navigate even the most difficult mental situations. He enjoys helping people to overcome challenges so they can find clarity and live a purposeful life and does so through his unique style of integrating the Western and Eastern schools of thought. He has a natural ability to help people connect with their higher self, and to get in touch with the part of themselves that gives them their own advice and guidance.
This was a fascinating conversation with Pieter about his work, the conditioning we carry, and also why someone might be called to do past life, or life between lives, regression work.
In this episode he talks about;
- The difference between Past Life & Life Between Lives regression
- The layers of conditioning we carry
- The goal of having an unencumbered mind
- How our conditioning projects on others
- The experience of what lies beneath our conditioning
- The power of our unconscious mind
