Join me for this Online Breathwork Journey. You will need approximately 2 hours of undisturbed time, a pair of earphones, a blanket, pillow & a comfortable space.

Transformational Breathwork is a conscious connected breathing practice that helps to gain access to the subconscious mind, release trapped emotions & traumas, and rewire the brain. This is a hybrid journey that is suitable for most people (see above).

1. This is a live experience, there is no recording.
2. Failure to show up means your session is forfeited.
3. There is a 5 minute grace period to join the session once it starts, after that no access is granted & your session is forfeited.
4. Purchasing this session, you understand that it is one single, individual journey for the specific date & time mentioned at the time of booking. This does not grant you access to my breathwork membership.
5. You understand that this session is recorded but you don’t get a copy of the recording afterwards (for members only).
