Holly has been working as a Broadcaster & Journalist for over a decade in Dublin. She is passionate about style, natural beauty & vegan food.
Holly has done extensive food training in Raw Food Mastery with the Life Change Institute; Plantlab Raw Dessert Fundamentals; Vegan Chef Training and Wellness Leadership with the Wild Food Cafe in London & is also Certified in Plant Based Nutrition with Cornell University.
She regularly hosts demonstrations showcasing an introduction to vegan cuisine and has recently collaborated with the Merrion Hotel in Dublin to create a sumptuous vegan menu which is available in their Garden Room.

It was great chatting with Holly and I think it’s clear her passion for vegan food and living a conscious lifestyle has left her feeling better than ever in her mid-thirties.
Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, a meat eater or flexitarian…I think it’s a conversation worth listening too. There is no agenda, each to their own but it’s fantastic to hear how going vegan has benefited a person so much.
