This is my signature offering helping you to heal, feel lighter & get out of your own way!

This offering naturally evolved after years of working in the ‘energy’ space and being my own ‘project and experiment’. Through my own healing journey, studies, practices, copious books, and insatiable curiosity, this is the most aligned way I can share the ‘best’ of what I’ve learned, coupled with my natural gifts.

As Einstein said, “Future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies.”

We are SO much more than a physical body. We are pure 99.999999% energy (aka frequency & vibration) so I believe it’s worth working on that energetic and subconscious level first (inside out approach), and of course follow it with practical support on the physical level.

1 hour session.

Description

Session includes a brief chat, a short meditation (to open to sacred space together).

Then I will do an energy scan on you (known as medical intuition) & bring an energy healing. This work is done in the quantum realm (where everything exists). ‘Spirit’ works with me & through me. You can have a specific focus for this healing (an ailment or issue you’re suffering with), or I can just ‘see’ where Spirit guides me & where the energy goes in your body (where you most need it at that time).

Dr. Joe Dispenza & quantum science has proven that ‘the quantum field informs matter. When we change the information in the field, we change matter’. That’s what we’re doing in these sessions – changing the information in the ‘energetic realm’ which can then integrate into your 3D reality (matter).

After the energy healing session, we will do a Rapid Tapping session to work on a belief that’s connected to the healing you receive. Our subconscious mind runs our ‘human’ life. It is a record of our past, made up of beliefs, programs, memories & emotions. I believe it’s important we work on this level also, and I think these two modalities complement each other really well. Following the energy healing session, there may be an obvious belief that comes up to be worked on. If not, we will decide on one together.

Rapid Tapping uses neuroscience, acupressure, sound, visualisation & somatic work to move the energy in the nervous system. It is science-backed & quick to switch off the ‘stress centre’ (aka the amygdala) in the brain.

Combined in my unique way, it’s a powerful offering.
