The relationship that goes everywhere with us. The only relationship that we are guaranteed for our whole entire lives. The relationship that determines everything and our sense of being, and that is the relationship we have with ourselves (no ego involved!)!
From my own journey, I can honestly say I didn’t even realise how important this relationship was and I was completely blind to how vital it is that we learn to develop, nurture and cultivate a loving, kind, caring and supportive relationship with ourself.
This shift has single-handedly one of the best shifts I have made in my life!
