#094 – One Choice from Change with Brendon Watt

Brendon Watt

The Curiosity & Consciousness podcast is back with a bang for 2021 and Brendon Watt is my guest to kick off the New Year.

Brendon lives with an outrageous demand for an ever-expanding life and a tenacious desire to change the world.

Growing up, Brendon always recognized the ‘difference’ in himself, yet he spent most of his time trying to fit into expectations. Brendon is proof that anyone can reinvent themselves. After decades of conformity, he was a self-confessed “complete loser” 10 years ago, and found himself broke, miserable and living in a spare room in his mother’s house with his 5-year-old son. He then made a huge demand that he was going to change his life – and he has done exactly that!

Now he is known worldwide for his intense kindness and awe-inspiring facilitation. As an international best-selling author and leading facilitator with Access Consciousness, a global empowerment company in 176 countries, he inspires people to know they are just one choice away from change.

This is a super conversation to start the year off with a bang I reckon! I loved talking to Brendon about lots of different topics including – judgement, self-sabotage, negative mind chatter and the way we’ve been programmed to live (creating our lives by predicting the future, as opposed to choosing and acting based on awareness).

We also talked about insanity, being pragmatic and what it would mean to allow our natural, innate, psychic capacities to show up more often and support us in life.

Towards the end, the conversation expands and we talk about Mother Earth and the rest and replenishment she got during 2020. Then Brendon leaves us with a powerful question we can ask of ourselves everyday in order to provide the highest good for ourselves, each other and the planet.
